The mortgage consulting industry is rife with inexperienced and unskilled “consultants” who cannot effectively do their jobs. Brian Blanchard is not one of those consultants. He has five years of experience in the industry, and has a nose for this sort of thing.
A mortgage consultant has to be trustworthy as far as the client is concerned because the client must trust in the consultant’s judgment to some degree. Essentially, what a consultant does in the mortgage industry is to supply the client with information, and advise, that they cannot otherwise gain access to—which the consultant is privy to because of their long time spent in the industry developing ties. The process of securing a loan is not exact, and often includes many complications, which is why consultants exist; to help guide the client through the maze that is a mortgage. The arduous process of securing a loan is not always easy to understand or follow.
However, it’s extremely important, and shouldn’t be left to clients to struggle with on their own. A home often hangs in the balance, and that means that the loan’s approval or denial has the ability to dramatically effect the life the resident(s) of the home.
